VNTG c1920'S SAMPLE ARMAND COLD CREAM POWDER ADVERTISING TIN TRAVEL SIZE, GIFT

Description

Round lithographed (not a paper label) tin container for Armand Cold Cream Powder, which says on the back of the tin it is a complimentary gift and not to be sold at retail-i.e. it is a free sample.  Measures 1 1/2" in diameter x 3/8" and is full of powder.  Made by The Armand Company, Des Moines, Iowa.  Another ebay seller has this tin for sale and says the tin is from the 1920's and I believe that probably is correct.  What makes this tin unique is that it is in such great condition-no rust, no paint chips, no creases or dents.  Not mint but a strong 9 grade.  Most times you see this tin in poor condition with paint flecks but not this one.
