    Description
Up for auction is a vintage Yardley Lavender dusting powder that is sized at 5 oz and is mint, and it has never been used.  It also includes the outer box, but the top flap has come off the box.  However, the box has protected this dusting powder, so it looks brand new!
When the lid is removed from the powder, you see the white unused puff.  Puff is in good condition other than when you turn the puff over, there is a small teeny tan spot – see photo 8.
The interior has never been opened.  Due to the age, I don’t know if the powder would still have any fragrance to it.
Both the outer box and the dusting powder lid
has a drawing of the famous  "The Flower Seller"  in the center of the outer box and on the lid of the dusting powder.
In 1913, Yardley adopted Francis Wheatly’s “Flowersellers” painting from his “Cries of London series as their new corporate logo.  The yellow primroses in the original painting were substituted with Yardley’s sheaths of lavender.
In photo 4 you see a small little v impression to the border paper, probably like that from the factory.
This would make a beautiful display in anyone’s collection!
Shipping is to winning domestic bidder.  If you live in Texas, will need to pay state sales tax.  Email me any questions.  If you like what you see here, please take the time to check out the other vintage items I have up for auction.  Thanks!
