Vintage H. N. White King Master Model Cornet #217542 Made between 1938-1939

- This vintage cornet is in good condition. According to the serial number of 217542 it was manufactured between 1938 and 1939 in Cleveland, Ohio.
The cornet is engraved on the top “King Master Model, Made by the H. N. White Co., Cleveland, Ohio.”
The serial number is marked on the center flute “King Made by H.N. White Co. Clev’d. O. 217542 Medium Bore”.
The master model has a specific engraving that makes it unique, along with silver plating. It is in very good condition and has been preserved quite well in it’s original case.
There are several dents on the top of the cornet as can be seen in the photos. There is some wear to the silver plating in several locations with brass showing through.
This item is sold as-is, with all valves and slides working properly and the original case, lyre and mouthpiece.
The case shows wear for it’s age and the original case handle has become unattached from the case and is retrieved on the inside of the case.  Please see all photos for complete condition details.
