Vintage Cut Glass Powder Dresser Jar Sterling Silver lid Down Feather Puff

For sale is a vintage cut glass powder/dresser jar with sterling silver lid
This is a beautiful piece! The cut glass bowl has alternating cut patterns on the ribs all around. The bottom has a cut star. The lid is marked sterling and has a hallmark of letters intertwined in a Celtic type of script, but I cannot read it. It also has the original down feather puff with a marked sterling silver knob. The piece measures approx. 4 1/4 inches in diameter at its widest point and approx. 2 3/4 inches tall. I would date it from 1910's - 1920's.
This Powder Jar is in wonderful vintage condition. The bowl shows some small chips along some of the ribs, but these cannot readily be seen unless on close inspection. The lid shows silver oxidation and needs a good polish to bring it to the brightness of inside of the lid. It also has a very small shallow push in dent. The down feathers on puff are delicate and should be handled with care. Glass bowl has not been cleaned and has some surface dust/soiling from storage.
