    Description

    vintage Atlas Royal outboard motor Gale OMC RUNS.This is a 1949/1950 ( I'm not sure) 5 Hp Atlas Royal made by the Gale division of OMC model 5D10A. It has forward and neutral and it rotates in a complete circle for reverse. It runs and pumps water but would need a carb rebuild to be reliable. It has good spark. The carb was cleaned but no parts where replaced. The water pump impeller was replaced a few years ago ( motor has not really been used since, only run in a barrel) but the lower unit seals should be replaced before regular use. The fuel tank has a few small dents. This motor requires a fuel/oil ratio of 16:1 to run properly. Cool old motor and very rare.
