each proof with security puncture and all but 3c plate block with
many printer's ms. notations in bottom selvage
(dates, numbers to be printed,
"basement wording correct," "Lay a trifle higher & straight as marked," "Test for comb perf,"
etc.),
three blocks with printing flaws circled for correction, 3c plate block torn in two and rejoined, others each small selvage faults (minor tear, creases, small adherence, etc.),
