SPIRAL STAIRCASE PLANS, modular design, easy to build

Description

for sale- plans for a modular spiral staircase. The modular design step units stack over a steel center pole to any ht desired. The most common heights are 96" & 105"; however, with the modular design you can add steps to make it taller or use less steps to make it shorter. The plans are tabulated so stairs can be built in any diameter from 36" to 60", & step ht can adjusted from 8 to 12".  Railing sketches are included in plans; however, railings often require custom fitting. The wooden pieces can be cut from standard size off-the-shelf 1x12 wood, & the 1.5" dia center steel round bar (commonly called bar stock) can be purchased thru a local metal supplier or welding shop.
