    Description

Ramses "Crinoline Girl" Green Satin Depression Glass Powder Jar-Paris-New York
Green Satin Depression Era Ramses "Crinoline Girl" Powder Jar, Circa 1930s(Maker: L.E. Smith)
This powder jar is in pristine condition with no cracks, chips, or scratches.
"Crinoline Girl" Powder Jar came filled with Ramses body powder (empty now) and featured a frosted bowl made to represent a crinoline girl. The lid consists of a lady wearing an off-the-shoulder hoop skirt gown.  Her arms are by her sides and she is holding a bouquet of flowers in one hand and a large round hat with flowers is hanging from her other arm.  The bottom of the jar, with its prominently embossed bows, completes the skirt.
This jar measures 4.5 inches in diameter and 4.75 inches tall.
The base of the jar is marked "Ramses - Paris-New York"  NOTE that the dark green photo (final photo posted) is NOT the actual color of the base as the photography was darkened to enable a better view of the embossed marking at the bottom of the jar.  The true color is the green satin as seen in all of the other photos.
Shipped with USPS Priority Mail within the United States ONLY.  Estimated shipping is .15 (paid by the seller).
