Medical Oxygen Tank/Bottle Holder, 4.5" for D & E size tanks, steel hang on type

Description

This Oxygen tank holder is designed to be hung to a hospital bed or stretcher using the bracket on the back.  The brand is unknown, it came from a medical facility that only purchases high end equipment.  It has a thick durable finish that I believe is powder coat, there are a few small nicks and scuffs that do not show in the photos.  It measures 4.5" across the flat parts of the three octagon shaped rings and is 18 3/4" long.
