21-0030bs cut 70x38x3.25'' and dead for 100 years. Some are dry and some wet so give it time to acclimate to your area before finishing. Work it, use it but no finish for a few months. .

if you can pick it up at the local XPO terminal than you would save the extra charge of 5 for residential delivery.
