Getzen 381 Cornet

Getzen 381 Cornet. Serial #G04754. From the estate of Byron Autrey. Prior to listing, this cornet was reconditioned by the trumpet technician here at Meridian Winds. It is in good playing condition and in need of no repair. Byron customized this horn by adding a harmonic balancer to the first valve slide. Bore is .460". Mouthpipe is gold brass; inner slides are hand-tapped nickel silver. 4.75" seamless yellow brass bell. Key of Bb. This would be a great horn for someone wanting to join a brass band!
