This outboard must be shipped to a destination which has a loading dock or fork truck for unloading:
Mercury Verado Engines are shipped in a Steel Fabricated Cage to guard them while in transit. They are wrapped in a see-through heavy gauge poly. This frame has an 0.00 core charge which is refundable upon return to the shipper. It cannot be shipped without this heavy duty protection. Please understand this is designed to keep your Mercury Outboard looking like new until it is installed on your boat.

An authorized dealership can set up a warranty on new motor. The “pre=delivery” inspection is not covered in the price of the motor or under warranty. Inspections’ usually take one to two hours depending. This service can be provided to you through our service department if you wish. It can be done by any

certified technician; it is not and cannot be done prior to shipping. “PDI” can only be done once the motor is installed on the boat.
Flat rate shipping is to US addresses (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and this is either business to business with loading dock or forklift, or pick up at the freight carrier terminal. Residential delivery quote is available (add a minimum of 0)
