Cleveland #3 Morse Taper ?? Hand Reamer Used

You are looking at a used, Cleveland #3 Taper Hand Reamer.  This is made by Cleveland Twist Drill, made in the U.S.A.  I'm not sure if this is for a #3 Morse Taper, if you need any dimensions, just let me know.  The overall length of the reamer is approximately 7-5/16ths inches.  The diameter of the small end of the reamer is approximately .776.
