- Items that are shipped free will ship via USPS First Class.
- Items weighing under 1 lb will ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
- Items weighing 1-9 lbs will ship FedEx SmartPost or UPS SurePost (Final Delivery USPS)
- Items weighing over 9 lbs will ship FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground.

- If an item arrived damaged, contact me immediately, within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please be sure to retain all packaging, including the box and packing materials.

- The item must be returned with all packaging intact and in unused condition
- A 20% restocking fee may apply, unless item is defective or damaged in transit
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
