Beckett Hockey Monthly March, 1993 Issue #28 Teemu Selanne of the original Winnipeg Jets on the cover, with Mark Recchi of the Philadelphia Flyers on the back cover. Beautiful photographs!
Magazine/Price guide has many feature articles, including Selanne, Recchi, as well as an article on players entering their second seasons who might be hit by the “sophomore slump” (Nicklas Lidstrom, Pavel Bure, etc.), a full-page Fleet advertisement with then-Chicago Blackhawks superstar Jeremy Roenick, as well as features on hockey cards being produced by local companies, the new phenomenon of insert cards, and a feature on new NHL commissioner Gary Bettman. So cool to read through these articles all these years later!
After 50 years of collecting awesome items, I have unfortunately run out of room in which to display these treasures. I’m having to make very difficult choices as to which ones to keep and which ones to make available for someone else to enjoy instead of having so many just packed up in storage.
All items have been displayed/stored in a smoke-free home.
