PAYMENTS:
Our ebay store
is like a regular store that you would shop in.........payment is due at time of purchase.........if 3 days pass and you have not paid for your item(s).......ebay will open an "UNPAID ITEM" case to notify you that you need to pay. We use this automated system to notify you .........we do not send courtesy emails. Ebay will then automatically close the unpaid item case after you make the payment. It is up to you to keep up with what you buy!
We will send you an invoice.......but if you wish to pay before we send it......you may do so........all of our S&H charges are loaded in to each listing.
COMBINED S&H:
We will combine purchases made during a 3 DAY period.......provided you make just 1 PAYPAL PAYMENT. Highest S&h rate applies to first item and and it is .50 per each additional single item. Additional lot & set prices will vary based on weight and will be invoiced accordingly.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING:
We pride ourselves on PROFESSIONAL PACKAGING & SUPER FAST SHIPPING.........ALL single cards are placed in a penny, sleeve proper sized top loader and secured in a tape lock team bag. All orders over are shipped in bubble mailers........single cards under that have free shipping are sent in a regular envelope........but are stamped "NON-MACHINABLE" to avoid damage from post office.
COMMUNICATION:
We try to respond to all questions within 24 hrs or less.........many times on the very same day!
FEEDBACK:
We focus on quality packaging & super fast shipping and often times are a little slow on leaving feedback. Ebay allows 90 days for feedback to get done......we usually get it done in about 30 days.......so please be patient as time does not permitt us to do 1 feedback at a time.........we will get to it.........I PROMISE........we just feel getting your package out RAPIDLY is more important to you!
