Antique Vintage 1920s GARDEN COURT NELSON DETROIT~LOOSE FACE POWDER~ NEW-OLD STOCK, UNUSED, Made in Detroit Michigan, USA.
Estate Sale find from 96 year old antique collector. Condition is New/Old Stock, Unused, Sealed, showing wear as expected with age (check pictures). It's a bit worn but quite rare. Makes a great addition to any makeup collection, nice graphics looks very Art Deco. Looks like the bottom says "Brunette" presumably for skin tone and pencil marking of .00.
A 1920 ad for this product says "Powder stays on in all climates, invisible by virtue of its fineness, yet giving a healthy bloom to the texture of the skin. Comes in white, pink, naturelle and brunette."
