AMERICAN FLYER S GAUGE NO.772 WATER TOWER -- GOOD CONDITION!

STARTING TO SELL OFF MY COLLECTION!  LIONEL, AMERICAN FLYER, MARX, IVES, DORFAN & OTHERS.
Listed is am American Flyer (Gilbert) S Gauge #772 Water Tower in good condition.  The tank on top and the black frame from the base up is in nice condition.  Some marks on the base.  House looks good.  The problem is that the clear tube going from the base up to the tank is missing.  So perhaps it is just a very good display piece on your layout or parts of it can be used as an upgrade to an existing one you already have.  Tested the light under the base.  It did not light up.  Instruction sheet is included.  The box is in very poor condition but will include it anyway.
Sold "as is" with no returns.
