. You will be given a Return Authorization Number after your request has been accepted. Ship back the items to us with our quality sticker on them, and they will be inspected. A refund will be issued within 3 business days after a positive inspection. In order to qualify for a full refund, the returned
items must be in its original uninstalled condition.
What we shipped to you on an order, is what you are shipping back to us. Otherwise, you will be charged a restocking fee.
