This is a fun 4M Green Creativity environmental craft kit for children over 8 years of age.  It makes two goofy monsters out of recycled plastic bags and bottle caps that you already have on hand.
The kit contains templates, wooden beads, string, straws, moving eyes, adhesive tape and detailed instructions.  Imagination is encouraged to create "adorable monster puppets or a nice decoration for your home".
