    Description

    For sale is a 2008 Mercury Verado 200 CXL Outboard motor. Counter rotation 25" shaft.  This unit has a bad gear set in the lower and needs a rebuild.
    Freshwater motor.  2500ish hours.  Approximately 180 psi compression across all 4 cylinders.  Was on a Whaler with dual 200 Verados for a local sheriff patrol unit here in Central NY (i.e. mostly idle and low rpm range hours).
    Has bad gears in lower, case is OK. Everything else is operational.  Cracks and scuffs in port side mid cowling.  All other cowling is in good shape.
    Comes complete as shown in photos.
    Will assist buyer with crating and coordinating freight at buyer's expense.
