    This is a proof silver coin from Liberia that dates to the year 2000 and was distributed by the American Mint. This .999 silver coin is a proof 20 dollar () coin from the Republic of Liberia that has the Bombardment of Fort Sumter, South Carolina in 1861 pictured on the front which signaled the start of the U.S. Civil War. The back of the coin has the shield of Liberia on it. Coin comes with a Cetificate of Authenticity (COA) from the American Mint that is numbered *18565*.  Inside the COA are the specifications of the coin showing this is a 20 dollar coin with a mintage of 20,000 pieces, 20 grams of .999 silver (.6382 oz.) and has a diameter of 40 mm or approximately 1.6 inches.
