For sale, I have a 1999 115 HP Johnson 25" outboard motor. This engine was a dealer trade in. I did a compression test and found 130-135 PSI on all 4 cylinders. I hooked it up to fuel and the hose and the motor started right up. I ran it for a while on the hose and it seemed to run well. It idled nice. It pumped water very strong and shifted in and out of gear smoothly. It seemed to give good smooth power when I gave it some throttle. The motor is overall in nice condition. It comes with the prop pictured. Power trim works as it
should
. I should have an oil reservoir somewhere I can include. I test ran it on a mix with the oil line blocked off. The only issue I could find was the starter sounded a little weak/tired. It still started up the
engine
as it should. I have an additional used starter I can include with the motor, but again the current starter is working. I did not run this engine on a boat in the water, just on the stand. As far as I can tell its a strong
engine
