1997 suzuki DT 200 hp outboard motor

suzuki 200 hp outboard motor. Condition is "Used". Shipped with Flat Rate Freight.
I am planning to repower this boat. This was a good running engine that replaced a 225 that has a cracked piston because a nut entered the cylinder somehow. I’m told there is no damage to the cylinder, but I have not inspected it. I still have the 225, for 00 I’ll include the second engine but buyer will be responsible for the additional freight. If you don’t want the second engine, fee free to make an offer. As far as the 0 freight charge, I can probably ship one motor for a lot less, but if it costs more for anywhere in the continental US, I’ll honor the 0 price. I also have some spare parts like spark plugs and impellers.
If buyer purchases or offers on this item, the buyer agrees the venue for any disputes shall be Fresno CA. We will accept a deposit via PayPal to hold the item, however the balance must be paid by cash in person upon pickup or a bank transfer. Checks, including cashiers checks, are acceptable however I will not release the items until funds clear. If you must pay with PayPal I will not release the items until the money is released. You are able to go into your account and release the funds immediately, and I can help walk you through the steps. I don’t mean to be difficult, but I’ve already put an outboard on a truck only for the buyer to decide they changed their mind, not pick up at the freight terminal, and dispute the charge with their credit card. I had to pay shipping both ways and have no recourse against them.
