    No. 1826 Tea Set Banner, Paterson, N.J.  Set comes in its original box, which is Very rough. Made by Banner toys. Price tag says .98. Only missing one cup and the lid for the creamer. Also, I believe that the silver spoons should be gold to match the forks and knives.  This child's plastic Teaset is Featured in this 1956 ad -see first photo (BUT the paper advertisement is NOT included) for reference only.
