This is a nice issue of the
Official Score Book of the 1949 San Francisco Seals
who played in the famous Pacific Coast League. The book is in wonderful condition with no tears or markings. It does contain a few slight wrinkles as it appears to have been folded once to fit into a fan's pocket. But it does not detract from the collectable condition of this 68-year-old piece of baseball history.
In 1949 the Seals were managed by the legendary Lefty O'Doul. This program is from a series against the San Diego Padres, who were managed by Hall of Famer Bucky Harris that season.
