Description

This is a rebuilt 1931 Johnson KR-55 racing prototype engine. It was raced by a teenage Judy Granz on Big Island Pond in Derry in the late 1940's and early 1950's. Al Granz, Judy's father owned Granz Marine in Salem NH. The engine was rebuilt 30 years ago and has not been run in since. The decal is chipping but replacements are available. Also included is Judy's original racing helmet, the engine stand, and a copy of the Original KR-55 Repair Parts Catalog.
