    For sale, I have a 15 HP Honda 4 stroke outboard. This motor is set up for both controls or tiller control. It currently has controls hooked up and was used as a kicker motor on a larger boat
    . It has electric and pull start. It starts right up and idle great and seems to throttle up smoothly on muffs. The controls are missing the key. Theres a water leak somewhere on the motor that I couldnt quite pinpoint, but water was pooling under the cowl around the base of the powerhead while it was running. It didnt seem to affect how it runs but this may need to be addressed. Possibly could use as is? Shipments to a business address or freight terminal should be under 0 to most locations.
